Return And Refund Policy
Return Policy -
At Tildabows we only accept returns if the item has arrived faulty, and has broken in transit. We will always offer to replace the item if we have the fabric/item in stock at the time of contact. Due to health and safety reason with the COVID-19 at the moment we do not accept a return if you have changed your mind. If there is any problems with your order then please contact us. You can find our contact information on the Contact Us Page please provide your order number and name along with photos of the damaged product. There is only 14 working days from the times you get your dispatch email to contact us about faulty products, after this date we will not accept returns.
Refund Policy -
We will only offer a refund if the product is faulty on arrival, a refund is only issued after we have offered a replacement. We only offer a refund on the faulty item not the whole order. You will have to send the faulty item back via recorded postage (which will be reimbursed with your refund) you will need to send us proof of the return once we have got the item you will be refunded to item within 24 hours.
